The system appropriate for your custom window coverings depends mostly on the type of product you purchase.  Some systems raise and lower window treatments and adjust slats, vanes and louvers, while others move the window covering from side to side, rotating vanes and louvers.

Options include Hunter Douglas PowerRise®, Hunter Douglas PowerGlide®, Hunter Douglas PowerTilt™ and Hard-wired Platinum™technology.

PowerRise®
PowerRise 2.0 and 2.1 with Platinum technology is the motorized wireless control system from Hunter Douglas used for easily raising, lowering and adjusting vanes on window covering products. The system is built with patented Platinum Technology communication that uses both radio wave signals and infrared signals to operate.

PowerGlide®
The motorized wireless control system that is offered with Luminette Privacy Sheers and Modern Draperies, as well as Skyline Gliding Window Panels. The system features a quiet, modular motor and patented Platinum Technology that uses both radio wave and infrared signals to operate these window coverings.

PowerTilt™
This battery-powered system is the motorized wireless control system that is used to tilt the slats on horizontal blinds for the ultimate in light control.

Hard-wired Platinum™ Technology
With this feature, window coverings can be controlled via the elegant, contemporary-styled wall-switch with optional Platinum™ remote or through any home automation system.
