Hunter Douglas Duette and Applause honeycomb shades have always been among our top selling window fashions.  These honeycomb shades offer many different benefits such as energy savings and an ever-expanding selection of fabrics, lift systems and design options.  One of the latest enhancements offered by Hunter Douglas this spring includes the addition of several innovative fabrics to the energy-efficient Duette Architella Collection:

• Architella Royale Textured– a richly woven fabric featuring new DuoTone technology that provides a white streetside color that withstands environmental forces and offers a consistent streetside appearance.  The DuoTone technology also allows for more diverse honeycomb fabrics, including textured wovens, to be in the home.  Six colors are also available for your choosing in either semi-opaque or opaque fabrics, in ¾” and 1 ¼” pleat sizes.
• Architella Elan– features a new natural streetside color option, Desert Sands.  This color is very popular and is available on the five Elan colors in either semi-opaque or opaque fabrics, in the ¾” pleat size.
• Architella Batiste Bamboo Eclipse/Architella Batiste Textured Eclipse– sustainable and recycled fabrics now available in the ¾” pleat size.

Another important enhancement to the Duette and Applause product lines is the Next Generation Common Headrail that significantly reduces flush mounting depths by 20 percent and features the new EasyAdjust leveling system.  The reduced mounting depths now allow the honeycomb shades to be installed on virtually any window since the depth required for an inside mount installation will no longer be a major issue.  The EasyAdjust leveling system further eliminates pockets and ferrules for enhanced aesthetics and easier shade height adjustment.

Hunter Douglas has included one last enhancement on these honeycomb shades for your benefit: reduced pricing for Duette and Applause shades with the Duolite design option providing significant savings, which in some cases may be over 40 percent.
